From my friend, this is what happens to your mangos: I work in orchards with farmers during day and then I drive two hours and work at packing house every knight. Everyday, we send a trailer of certified organic mangos to Los Angeles. This is a very adventurous business! Governors right hand man sent the Sagarpa (U.S.D.A. Aquivalant) Early Sunday morning to release a load to U.S.A. So Whole foods would not be held up! I am lucky to have these connections in Baja! I will try to get some pictures of our packing house machine and 45 employees there packing a very professional product. |
